About the Job

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling various legal matters, court representations and should demonstrate exceptional drafting and research skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in practicing law, with a focus on civil, commercial, family, real estate, NCLT, and arbitration cases.
• Strong drafting and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload encompassing civil, commercial, family, Real estate, DRT, NCLT, and arbitration matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Drafting of pleadings, commercial agreements, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
• Regular court representations.
