About the Job

Panda Law is seeking a talented Associate to join their Commercial and Data Protection practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree.
• Minimum Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 1 – 3 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and advising on commercial and data protection matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-informed recommendations related to intellectual property, data protection and other related matters.
• Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal issues and compliance requirements.
