About the Job
Oxyzo is looking for a candidate to join their Legal and Compliance Team to focus on drafting and reviewing Lending documents along with ensuring document compliance and monitoring for their portfolio companies in the NBFC.
Eligibility
- LLB with 1-4 years of professional work experience.
- Well-versed in contract management
- Legal documentation
- Ability to draft, review & manage agreements and contracts.
- Conduct Process audits and checks from time to time.
- Ability to multitask and work on tight timelines
Responsibilities
- The incumbent would be responsible for Drafting, reviewing, and legal negotiations of Lending Documents.
- Lending related contract documentation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial lending contracts and other legal documents.
- Pre and post-vetting of lending documents
- Tracking and managing NOC and pari-passu letters
- Tracking and monitoring all statutory compliance-related policies
- Execution of legal documents and coordinating with different departments for the execution of documents.
