Responsibilities
- Assisting in Drafting of SLPs, Appeals, Petitions, Written statements, Written Submissions, and Original Applications including Administrative work.
- Legal Research
- To provide assistance in Courts / Tribunals by arguing and drafting matters.
- Assisting and arguing matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, APTEL, CERC, CAT
