Eligibility
CS Senior Associate
Skills and experience: Should have a deep understanding of the Companies Act and FEMA relating to regular ongoing compliance, and investment-related matters viz. FDI, ODI & ECB Regulations, Private Placement, Preferential Allotment etc. Should have 3-4 years’ experience under a practising company secretary or a law firm and should be able to manage a team of 2-3 persons.
CS Associate
Education: Qualified Company Secretaries course with membership.
Lawyer
Qualified lawyer with 3 years of experience in general commercial contracts.
