About the Job
NMS & COMPANY a corporate, commercial and IPR law firm is inviting applications for the position of Associate having 3-5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) and proficiency in drafting legal pleadings, and documents, conducting thorough research, and appearing before Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and Institutional & Ad hoc Arbitrations.
Eligibility
- PQE-Associate – 3 to 5 years
- Qualification: LLB / B.B.A.LL.B / LL.M
- Expert in legal drafting
- Have experience in representing clients in Supreme Court and High Court
- Have prior experience in Civil, Commercial, IBC, Company Law, Arbitration (Domestic as well as International) Intellectual Property, etc.
