About the Job
Associate at My Legal Partners is looking for a dynamic and motivated lawyer based in Delhi to join our office as a Associate (IPR). Particularly they are looking for lawyers who see a long-term future with My Legal Partners (MLP) and wish to climb the ladder of success and grow along with the organization.
Eligibility
- PQE-: 1-2 Years
- EDUCATION: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM
Responsibilities
- Trademark Searches and Opinion.
- Managing and Maintaining IP Filing, renewals & Prosecution of Trademark Applications, and providing legal opinion on Trademark matters.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating client trademark portfolio
- Ability to handle client queries on IP Practices in India and draft legal opinions.
- Ability to prepare Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices, and Rejoinders.
- Attend show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry.
