About the Job
MVS Legal is looking for one (1) Associate with experience of a minimum of 3-6 months in IP Litigation.
Eligibility
- Candidate must have experience in IP litigation and Prosecution work and an understanding of trademark enforcement would be a plus.
- The candidate must be excellent in writing and legal research skills
- Candidate should have excellent research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- To assist in drafting, Preparing, and arguments in IP matters before various Courts.
- Ability to appear independently before various courts.
- To assist in the filing of Trademark, design, and copyright applications, respond to office action and attend the hearing at IP offices, and handle contented proceedings like oppositions, rectifications, etc.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, writing, etc.
Salary
Competitive and as per market standard.
Location
East of Kailash, New Delhi.
