Eligibility
- LL.B. qualification.
- Bar Council enrolment.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Interest or experience in litigation.
- Knowledge or experience in the SARFAESI Act, IBC, 2016, Banking Laws, Commercial Laws, Consumer Law, Code of Civil Procedure, and Criminal Laws.
- Prior litigation experience is preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, notices, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare cases.
- Assist or appear before the Supreme Court, High Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRAT, TDSAT, and other forums.
- Handle client coordination and case management.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be discussed during the interview, as per industry standards.
