About the Job
MetaLaw Offices has an open position for an Associate (1-2 years PQE) in our General Corporate Team.
Eligibility
The candidate must have completed LLB/BALLB with a PQE of at least 1 year with the Law Firm/s in the General Corporate and Commercial Transactions Team, with a special focus on general corporate advisory, technology transactions, drafting of various contracts and agreements, drafting of legal opinions and various other similar work. They are looking for an individual who is well-versed with contract drafting with good communication skills.
