About the Job

MD&T Partners is hiring Associates for its Corporate and Real Estate practice teams at its Corporate Office in Bengaluru.

1. Associate – Corporate Practice

• Qualification: B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B./B.B.M. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./LL.M.
• Work Experience: 0–2 years.
• Practice Area: Corporate.

2. Associate – Real Estate Practice

• Qualification: B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B./B.B.M. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./LL.M.
• Work Experience: 1–2 years PQE.
• Practice Area: Real Estate.

Eligibility

Associate – Corporate Practice

Applicants should have:

• B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B./B.B.M. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./LL.M.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Associate – Real Estate Practice

Applicants should have:

• B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B./B.B.M. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./LL.M.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Salary

Remuneration will be based on the candidate’s merit and experience (where applicable) and will be comparable with industry standards.

Additional Information

The Associate position will be offered only upon the candidate’s satisfactory performance in the interview, written assessment (if applicable), and either:

• Successful completion of an assessment internship, or
• A probationary working period of at least one month at the firm’s office.
