About the Job

Position: Associate – MD&T Partners, Corporate office;

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Ability to work under pressure, when necessary, to meet deadlines.
• Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and legal research tools.
• Qualification: B.A.LLB/B.SC.LLB/B.B.M. LLB/ LLM;
• Work Experience: 0-4 years;

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, precedents and draft notes, summaries, opinions basis research findings.
• Assist in drafting and/or reviewing agreements, notices, policies and other legal documents and undertake such tasks and deliverables as required in a full-service law firm.
• Support in-house legal teams, liaise with the clients and have the ability to interface with people across all levels.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be based on merit and comparable with industry standards.

Note: The Associate position shall be offered only upon candidate’s satisfactory performance in an interview and, if shortlisted, an assessment internship for a minimum period of one month at our offices or a written assessment.
