Eligibility
- A law degree from a reputed university.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and other corporate transactions.
