About the Job
Lex Chambers is hiring a Legal Counsel – Corporate Commercial, Transactional & General Corporate for its New Delhi office.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters Prior law firm experience is mandatory Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Strong understanding of:
- M&A
- Joint ventures
- Private equity
- IP advisory and filing
- Corporate transactions
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach Ability to independently manage client expectations Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
