Eligibility

• Qualifications LLB & LLM
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years. of exposure to Indian and foreign laws
• Strong research skills Attitude to work dynamically in an ever-evolving environment and backed by solid people management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences located globally

Responsibilities

• Scanning through the internet to identify the recent changes in law, India and globally.
• Preparing and training team on preparation of amendment alerts and doing their detailed Quality Check
• Preparing and training team on preparation of compliance task list and doing their detailed Quality Check
• Accountable for quality content, delivery and support to clients
• Reporting reasons for delays or deficiencies as reported by the Client and proactively responding to complaints, including providing solutions, to ensure customer centricity. Attending to review/governance calls, preparing and maintenance of SOPs, minutes of meetings, actionable and timely reporting to Team Head/Client in a time-bound and transparent manner
