About the Job
LawKNIT Partners is looking for an Associate / Senior Associate with 1–3 years of PQE and relevant experience in General Corporate, M&A, PE/VC, or Technology Laws. The role involves working on transactions, commercial agreements, legal advisory, and corporate compliance.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognised university.
- Relevant experience in General Corporate, M&A, PE/VC, or Technology Laws.
- CS qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws.
- Knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, or similar legal research tools.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Legal advisory and legal reviews.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Legal due diligence and transactional documentation.
- Transaction-related compliance.
