Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in litigation and/or corporate law practice.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Exposure to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft pleadings, applications, agreements, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in litigation and corporate advisory matters.
- Handle insolvency-related assignments where applicable.
- Support clients on legal strategy and dispute resolution.
