About the Job

My Frido is hiring a Legal Associate to work on high-impact corporate transactions involving fast-growing businesses. The role is suited for lawyers with prior law firm experience and exposure to private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory matters.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• A preferred background in a law firm.
• Experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
• Strong exposure to:
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
  • Overseas Direct Investment (ODI)
  • Foreign Investment
  • Companies Act
  • FEMA and RBI compliances
  • Corporate and Commercial Laws
• Experience advising startups and D2C companies will be an added advantage.
