About the Job

At Frido, they are looking for a Legal Associate (1–2 years experience) to support our Private Equity & Venture Capital legal work, with hands-on real estate exposure.

Eligibility

• 2023 or 2024 pass-out
• 1–2 years of work experience
• Background in a law firm (PE/VC team preferred) or in-house
• Real estate experience is mandatory (transactional / due diligence / documentation)

Responsibilities

• Legal support for Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions
• Investor due diligence
• Drafting & negotiating:
  • Term Sheets
  • Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
  • Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
  • Ongoing compliance under Companies Act, FEMA & FDI Policy
  • Advisory on governance, board matters & exit-related provisions
• Coordination with external counsels to ensure transaction readiness
• Exposure to real estate–linked transactions and documentation
