Eligibility
Associate with 0-2 years of experience for our Consumer Practice Team.
Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for independently appearing and arguing matters in Courts/Tribunals and assisting senior colleagues at the firm based on requirements. Drafting Petitions, complaints, counter affidavits, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, etc., and liaising with clients.
