Eligibility

• Qualification: Successfully holding a Degree in Law.
• Year of Experience: 1 year of PQE in Commercial & Regulatory Litigation.
• Strong Understanding of Commercial, Banking & Finance, White Collar Crimes related Laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• The candidate should be a Mumbai Resident.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Regulatory Litigation, White Collar Crimes, Economic offences-related assignments before Special Courts, Sessions Courts, CMM, DRT, NCLT, HC and SC.

Salary

CTC: Upto Rs.25,000/- pm.
