Associate | Senior Associate | Principal Associate | Associate Partner

Eligibility

PQE: 2-10 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage independently with clients and all transaction stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved.
• Handle finance transactions including term loans and working capital loans for PSUs, financial institutions, and banks.
• Provide solution-oriented advice in line with current laws and market standards.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory norms and judgments.
• Conduct thorough corporate and project due diligence.
• Offer expert opinions on the enforceability of financing documents and pre-commitment/pre-disbursement conditions.
• Advise on stamp duty-related matters.
• Coordinate seamlessly with foreign legal counsel in cross-border transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
