Chaudhary & Chaudhary, Advocates and Solicitors is hiring an Associate (In-House For Legal Drafting)

Eligibility

Qualification: The candidate should be a graduate/post-graduate in Law having a PQE of a minimum of 1 to 2 years. Further, even students persuing law who are in their Final Year may also apply for the said Job Post. However, the prime condition is that the candidate should be able to draft legal documents as laid down in the Experience.

Experience: The candidate must have good drafting skills. The candidate should be able to draft Petitions, Suits, Counter Affidavits, Replies, Applications, Opinions, Legal Documents, Notices, Reply to Notices, etc. with utmost precision. The candidate should be well versed with the legal language and should be having fair knowledge and past experience in drafting of the legal documents as cited above. The candidate should be able to do desk work comprising solely drafting related works as cited.

Employment: The employment/engagement of the candidate shall be full-time.

Skills/Qualities: The candidate should be a hard-working individual willing to give his best and will have to work in a dedicated, organized, and time bound manner. The firm has a zero-tolerance policy in respect of the same.
