About the Job
AMA is inviting applications for 3 Associate positions as part of its annual recruitment drive.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- Companies Act, 2013
- Contract Law
- Arbitration and related laws
- Candidates based in or around Chennai / Tamil Nadu preferred
Responsibilities
- Work on corporate and commercial legal matters
- Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution
- Handle matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, DRAT, RERA, etc.
- Drafting, research, and case preparation
