About the Job

Vacancy in their Sports & Gaming Law Team for the position of Associate. It is seeking a talented and driven Associate to join their growing sports and gaming law practice. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, representing athletes, teams, leagues, and sports organizations in a variety of legal matters.

Eligibility

• A strong academic background in law, with a focus on sports law, preferred
• Previous experience (1-2 years) in sports law or related field
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for law and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, including player contracts, sponsorship agreements, and broadcasting rights
• Provide legal counsel on matters such as intellectual property rights, labor disputes, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging issues in sports law
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve strategic objectives and resolve legal challenges
