About the Job

AAA Insolvency Professionals is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledge hungry, Legal Associate to join their Mumbai team. The ideal candidate should be.

Eligibility

• B.com- LLB, or intermediate level , fully qualified CS, CA , PGIP completed, wanting to pursue a career as a Insolvency Professional in future.
• Minimum 1 year experience Post qualifications under an Insolvency Professional or IPE.

Responsibilities

• Job involves end to end Insolvency and Liquidation process handling ( we expect candidate applying to know the process law and regulations)
• Work will involve handling sensitive cases presently under PMLA attachment also. so in a few years you’ll develop a deep understanding of this field.
• Work will involve traveling outside Mumbai to various locations and staying there for a week or two at times , hence candidate must be open to travel.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with the qualification and mainly the experience that the candidate has in this field.
