About the Job

3Sixty Law Group is hiring an Associate for its Corporate practice group in Gurugram. This is an on-site role for candidates with experience in transactional and advisory work.

The role involves handling a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial contract drafting and management, and support in real estate transactions.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Have 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or transactional practice
• Possess strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Be capable of managing multiple matters with attention to detail
• Demonstrate a proactive and team-oriented approach

Experience in Intellectual Property law will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
• Drafting and managing commercial contracts
• Supporting real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and documentation
• Conducting legal research across corporate, commercial, and regulatory domains
