3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for an Associate – Litigation & Arbitration at its Sector 67, Gurugram office. The role involves handling civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and arbitral tribunals.

Eligibility

LL.B. qualification.
3+ years of substantive court/tribunal litigation experience.
Strong drafting and legal research skills.
Ability to independently handle matters and work with strategic direction.
Strong analytical, advocacy, communication, and case-management skills.
Experience before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and/or arbitral tribunals will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently manage matters from understanding the brief and identifying legal issues through drafting, filing, hearing preparation, and appearances before courts and tribunals.
Handle civil and commercial litigation matters.
Handle arbitration matters.
Work on matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and arbitral tribunals.
Work on commercial disputes, arbitration, and/or IP litigation.
