About the Job
Position & Department: Associate – Corporate Commercial Laws – Advisory & Compliances
Eligibility
Qualification: Degree in Bachelor of Law (LLB) – Candidates who graduated from non-private institutions/government aided universities/ institutions will be preferred
Prior Experience: 1.5-2.5 years of full-time role/position at a mid-sized law firm. Candidates having good knowledge and a keen interest in legal practice involving corporate-commercial laws in India, with hands-on experience largely involving contract reviewing, drafting, vetting, negotiations, and legal & corporate secretarial compliance will be most suited and preferred for this position.
