About the Job

RSA Law Consultants is hiring:

• 2 Junior Associates (1–2 years of experience)
• 1 Associate (3+ years of experience)

The selected candidates will work on high-value corporate litigation, insolvency, arbitration, and commercial dispute matters while gaining exposure to both litigation and corporate advisory work.

Eligibility

Junior Associate (1–2 Years)

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Internships or prior exposure to NCLT, NCLAT, or arbitration matters may also be considered.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, and Arbitration Act.
• Ability to assist in matters before NCLT, NCLAT, the Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals.

Associate (3+ Years)

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate litigation and advisory.
• Hands-on drafting experience involving petitions, replies, statements of claim, statements of defence, agreements, and related documents.
• Strong understanding of insolvency law, company law, arbitration, and allied corporate laws.
• Ability to independently handle legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinders, statements of claim, statements of defence, agreements, and related legal documents.
• Assist in and handle corporate litigation, insolvency, and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory support.
• Appear and work on matters before NCLT, NCLAT, the Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals, as applicable.
• Manage both litigation and advisory assignments.

Skills Required

• Excellent drafting skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Good communication and legal research abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to work across litigation and advisory practice areas.
