Eligibility
Applicants should be:
- Final-year law students graduating in 2026, or
- Recent law graduates from 2024–2025 with a focus on Corporate Law, Compliance, or Regulatory Advisory.
Candidates should also possess:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent statutory research skills.
- Strong drafting abilities.
- Prompt and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments relating to Labour Codes, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Draft, vet, and structure corporate and commercial contracts, including vendor and retainer agreements.
- Assist with strategic compliance advisory, including corporate governance and operational compliance.
- Provide support on intellectual property advisory matters, including basic IP clearance, agreements, and rights management.
Additional Information
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 36-hour practical drafting exercise before interview calls.
