Eligibility

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• LL.B. (Mandatory)
• LL.M. in a relevant specialization such as:
  • Constitutional Law
  • Criminal Law
  • Corporate Law
  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • International Law
  • or other relevant specializations
• Ph.D. in Law (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

• NET qualification (mandatory for candidates who do not possess a Ph.D.).
• Strong and consistent academic record throughout.
