Eligibility
For the Job:
- 1 year of post-qualification experience in active litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Exposure to commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, or white-collar matters will be an advantage.
- Ability to work proactively, manage timelines, and take responsibility for assignments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
For the Assessment Trainee:
- Graduates may apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes.
- Support senior team members in strategising and preparing matters across forums.
- Handle filings, briefings, and client coordination.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural matters and hearings.
- Manage case files and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely progression of matters.
