About the Job
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring Assessment Interns and Associates for its General Corporate and M&A team.
The role is intended for candidates with a strong foundation in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions who are looking to work in a professional law firm environment.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- A 5-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.
- Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice.
- Good understanding of:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA)
- SEBI laws
- RBI regulations
- Indian Contract Act
- Industrial and Labour Laws
Additional Information
Candidates with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification and relevant training or work experience will be preferred.
