Advocate Malak Bhatt has announced the establishment of Chambers of Malak Bhatt, a specialized legal practice in New Delhi. Founded on years of senior-level advocacy across India’s premier courts and tribunals, the Chambers advises promoters, corporates, financial institutions, and individuals in disputes spanning commercial litigation, white-collar defence, insolvency, and international arbitration.

Malak Bhatt is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with expertise in white-collar crime, regulatory defence and insolvency law. A NALSAR graduate with a BCL from Oxford, he previously practiced at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for more than 7 years. Previously, as Founding Partner of NM Law Chambers, Malak represented and advised various corporate as well as promoter clients across forums and asvised them in various disciplines across different practice areas.

The Chambers’ practice spans General & Commercial Litigation covering high-value disputes before the Supreme Court and High Courts in commercial, shareholder, infrastructure and regulatory matters; White-Collar Crime Defence handling SFIO, ED, CBI, and PMLA investigations and trials involving promoter, director, and senior management defence; Insolvency & Bankruptcy covering corporate and personal insolvency proceedings under the IBC 2016, including challenges to admissions and resolution plans; and International Arbitration encompassing domestic and international commercial arbitrations, bilateral investment treaty disputes, and enforcement proceedings.
