About the Job

KPS Advocates is seeking a Senior Associate Advocate to join its Gurugram office. The role is suited for experienced advocates with substantial litigation exposure, strong courtroom skills, and the ability to independently manage legal matters. The selected candidate will be involved in litigation strategy, court appearances, legal drafting, and client representation.

Eligibility

• Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong legal acumen and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal pleadings, applications, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
• Appear before courts and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and managing cases.
• Coordinate with clients and provide legal support throughout the litigation process.
