About the Job
KPS Advocates is hiring an Associate Advocate for its Gurugram office. The role is suited for advocates with litigation experience who possess strong drafting, research, and courtroom skills.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Have strong legal acumen and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Have experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination.
- Be proficient in legal drafting, research, and case strategy.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Legal drafting and documentation.
- Conducting legal research and preparing cases.
- Appearing before courts and representing clients.
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case management.
