About the Job
Xpress Legal is urgently looking to fill the following openings in their firm.
Eligibility
Sr Associate Advocates (Non-Litigations): Seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience, specializing in legal title due diligence of properties. Must have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience managing a team of associate advocates. The role involves dealing with banking clients to deliver high-quality legal reports promptly.
Sr Associate Advocates (Litigations): Candidates with 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in matters related to the recovery of bank dues through various legal avenues such as Suits, DRT, DRAT, SARFAESI, Arbitration, NCLT, etc.
