Requirements
- LL.B. from Delhi University, National Law University (NLU)
- Strong academic background and interest in litigation
- Good research, drafting, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
Responsibilities
- Assisting senior advocates in drafting, filing, and case preparation
- Attending court hearings and maintaining case records
- Legal research on writs, banking law, and DRT matters
Advocates – 3 Years’ Experience (2 Positions)
Requirements
- LL.B. from Delhi University, NLU, or a reputed law school
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking litigation, writs, and DRT practice
- Experience handling matters independently at Delhi High Court and/or DRT
- Strong drafting and argumentation skills
Responsibilities
- Independently managing case files, drafting pleadings, and appearing before courts
- Handling matters under SARFAESI, IBC, NI Act, and writ jurisdiction
- Interfacing with clients and coordinating with banks/financial institutions
