About the Opportunity

A reputed law firm specializing in banking and financial litigation is looking to expand its team. SKR LAW FIRM are currently hiring Advocates – Freshers (2 Positions)

Advocates – Freshers (2 Positions)

Requirements

• LL.B. from Delhi University, National Law University (NLU)
• Strong academic background and interest in litigation
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced litigation environment

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior advocates in drafting, filing, and case preparation
• Attending court hearings and maintaining case records
• Legal research on writs, banking law, and DRT matters

Advocates – 3 Years’ Experience (2 Positions)

Requirements

• LL.B. from Delhi University, NLU, or a reputed law school
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking litigation, writs, and DRT practice
• Experience handling matters independently at Delhi High Court and/or DRT
• Strong drafting and argumentation skills

Responsibilities

• Independently managing case files, drafting pleadings, and appearing before courts
• Handling matters under SARFAESI, IBC, NI Act, and writ jurisdiction
• Interfacing with clients and coordinating with banks/financial institutions
