They are seeking a seasoned advocate with expertise in IBC laws. Your role will involve drafting legal documents and representing clients before the Hon’ble NCLT. If you have a strong background in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, along with excellent advocacy skills, they want to hear from you.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in IBC laws
- Proficient in drafting legal documents
- Track record of successful appearances before the Hon’ble NCLT
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Legal degree from a recognized institution
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to IBC cases
- Representing clients in proceedings before the Hon’ble NCLT
- Providing legal advice and strategies for IBC matters
- Stay updated on changes in IBC laws and regulations
