• Event: National Moot Court Competition 2025 (3rd Edition)

• Format: The competition includes both written submissions (memoranda) and oral rounds, progressing through Preliminary, Quarter Final, Semi-Final, and Final rounds.
• Objective: Provides a platform for law students to hone their advocacy, legal research, and presentation skills in a simulated court setting.

Eligibility

• Target Participants: All students bona fide enrolled in an undergraduate (3-year/5-year) or postgraduate law program.
• Team Composition: Each participating institution may register a maximum of two teams. Each team must comprise a minimum of two and a maximum of three members (in a two-member team, both are Speakers; in a three-member team, two are Speakers and one is a Researcher).
• Note: No additional members or team coaches are permitted.

Registration Procedure

• Step 1: Provisional Registration: Teams must send a provisional registration email to [email protected] including details of their institution, names of the participants, and the contact number of the designated Point of Contact.
• Step 2: Final Registration: After provisional registration, a registration form will be sent to the teams; completing and submitting this form finalizes the registration.
• Payment: The registration fee is Rs. 4500 (excluding accommodation), which is non-refundable.
