Motherhood University, Roorkee, has been established under the Uttarakhand Govt. Act 5, 2015, in the district of Haridwar. The University is promoted by the “Motherhood Institute of Management & Technology Society”. The Society was established on December 23, 2004, with the objective to provide education, research and training to aspiring youth of Uttarakhand and the country in order to increase their employability.

About The Seminar

The National Seminar aims to provide a platform for discussion and deliberation on the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era in the context of socio-economic justice and human rights. It seeks to bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners to share their knowledge and experiences and explore ways to promote digital inclusion and protect human rights in the digital age. The seminar will be conducted in hybrid mode, allowing both in-person and virtual participation.  

The seminar aims to provide a platform for discussion and deliberation on the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era in the context of socio-economic justice and human rights. It will bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners to share knowledge and explore pathways to promote digital inclusion while safeguarding human rights in the digital age.

About Call For Abstract And Paper

The Faculty of Legal Studies, Motherhood University, Roorkee, invites participants to present their latest research papers in the seminar. Participants can send abstracts of their original unpublished work in 500 words by 25th September, 2025 and full research papers in 4000 words by 5th October, 2025. A maximum of two authors are allowed in each presentation (abstract/research paper). Selected abstracts and full research papers will be published in the form of a book.

Submission

The text of the abstract/paper should be in Times New Roman font, size 12 point, 1.5-spaced for English and Kokila/Mangal (Unicode), size 14 point, 1.5-spaced for Hindi. References should be given in ILI format at the end of the paper. Papers to be presented in this seminar should be original work, free from plagiarism and should not have been published anywhere earlier. The corresponding author of the selected abstract/paper will be informed in due course by e-mail only. At least one author for each presentation must register for the Seminar and present his/her work. Certificates will be issued to registered author(s) only.
