About Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad

“Symbiosis” scientifically refers to the interaction between two distinct organisms in close association, often benefiting both. Symbolically, it represents mutually beneficial relationships among diverse groups. This concept inspired Prof. (Dr.) S. B. Mujumdar, Chancellor of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) who was a staunch believer in the vedic principle of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” or “the world is one family.” This very vision and dream led him to establish The Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, in 1971.
