Marwadi Shiksha Samiti, located in the heart of the city of Hyderabad, has been serving the cause of education since 1924. The management consists of eminent philanthropists, freedom fighters, industrialists and educationists and have started several institutions from KG to PG. The management’s commitment to serve society has motivated it to start the MSS Law College, affiliated to Osmania University and approved by the Bar Council of India. distinguished judges, eminent lawyers, social workers, and public personnel UGC & BCI experts have been advising for the development of this lead college over years.
About the Seminar
M.S.S. Law College, in collaboration with the University College of Law, Osmania University, and sponsored by TGCHE is organizing a two-day national seminar on “The Working of 75 Years of the Indian Supreme Court: An Academic Revisit” on June 14-15, 2025. The seminar aims to provide a platform for scholars, legal experts, academicians, and students to engage in meaningful discussions about the evolution, impact, and future trajectory of the Supreme Court. The focus will be on landmark judgments, constitutional democracy, human rights, and legal reforms that have shaped India’s legal landscape.

Accepted papers may be published in an ISBN book, with the publication cost to be borne separately by the authors.
