About the Workshop
In line with this commitment, Amity Law School proudly announces its Two-Day International Workshop on Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). This initiative is designed to deepen understanding of the Mediation Act and equip participants with practical dispute resolution techniques that reflect global best practices.
Eligibility
The workshop is open to:
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate students (any discipline)
- Practicing legal professionals and mediation enthusiasts
- Participants will gain hands-on experience in empathetic listening, structured negotiation, and sophisticated conflict resolution through interactive sessions and case-based modules.
Duration
The 2-day workshop will be held on 3rd and 4th of June, 2025 in hybrid mode.
