The Two-Day National Conference on “From Heritage to Hospitality: Geographical Indications, Tourism & Destination Identity” brings together scholars, policymakers, industry leaders, tourism professionals, and Geographical Indication stakeholders.

The conference explores how Geographical Indications (GIs) shape destination identity and advance sustainable tourism and hospitality. It treats GI as a bridge that transforms local distinctiveness into memorable visitor experiences and meaningful livelihoods.

The conference invites scholarly abstracts and research papers addressing the multidimensional aspects of:

Selected abstracts will be invited for full-paper submission. All accepted papers will be considered for presentation at the conference.

Abstract Requirements
The abstract must clearly state:
- Research problem
- Research objectives
- Methodology
- Key findings or arguments
- Significance of the study
Submission Guidelines
- The abstract must be original and unpublished.
- It must not be under review or consideration elsewhere.
- An individual may submit only one abstract as the presenting author.
- A paper may have a maximum of three authors.
- Submissions must comply with the prescribed formatting requirements.
- Selected authors will be invited to submit their full papers.
