About the Organisation

Nari Gursahani Law College, established in 2004 under the HSNC Board and affiliated to the University of Mumbai, has consistently strived to provide quality legal education. The college emphasises academic excellence along with practical exposure, encouraging students to participate in competitions, legal aid, and research activities. The College is situated at a prime location in Ulhasnagar – 421003. It is 5 mins from the Ulhasnagar (W) Railway Station.

About the Opportunity

The 16th Dada Nari Gursahani Festival – Vidhi Manthan, sponsored by the D. M. Harish Foundation, is a National Level Law Fiesta – Battle of Wits. It offers budding lawyers across India a platform to showcase their legal acumen, creativity, and analytical skills.

Theme

The festival revolves around the theme of Constitutional Law and its application in diverse, innovative formats.

Eligibility

• Open to all law students (3-year LL.B., 5-year LL.B., programmes) from recognised universities/colleges across India.
• Only 2 students from each College/University shall participate.

Registration Fee

• The registration fee is Rupees One Thousand (₹ 1000) only per team. The College will provide breakfast, lunch and snacks.
• The College will not provide or reimburse any travelling and/or accommodation expenses.
• The College can suggest some affordable accommodation in the vicinity.

Prizes

• Highest scorer team of all four competitions will be declared as the Winner of the Fest. The winning team will be awarded the winner’s trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 6000.
• Second highest scorer team of all four competitions will be the Runner-up. The runner-up team will be awarded the runner-up trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 3000.
• The winning and Runner-up teams of each competition will also receive individual trophies.
• All the winners will get a certificate of merit, and other participants will receive a certificate of participation.

• Event Date: 11 October 2025
• Reporting Time and Breakfast: 08.00 am
• Inauguration Ceremony: 10:30 AM at Adv. Ram Jethmalani Moot Court Hall

Registration Process

1. Fill out the registration form online. (Google Form)
2. Pay the registration fees via bank transfer mentioned in the Google Form.
3. Access the Rulebook and Permission Letter before registering.
4. Submit the form before the deadline i.e. 1st October 2025.
