About the Organization

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is a non-profit company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. It was established by the Palkhivala Foundation to promote institutional arbitration in India, in response to the mounting burden on Indian courts and the urgent need for timely dispute resolution.

By offering world-class infrastructure and arbitration-friendly services, NPAC has emerged as a centre of excellence in the field of institutional arbitration and is committed to developing robust arbitration practices in India.

About the Event

The NPAC International Conference on Arbitration 2025 aims to bring together global and Indian leaders in arbitration including senior judges, arbitrators, legal professionals, academicians, institutional representatives, and corporate counsel.

Title of the conference: “Navigating Arbitration in the Era of Digitisation and Reform ”

The two-day event will include

  • Fireside Chat:  September 5, 2025 @ 7 pm – Fountain Court Chambers Fireside Chat on Advocacy and Process: Arbitration versus Court as part of NPAC’s International Conference.
  • International Conference on Arbitration:    September 6, 2025: 16th annual conference on ” Navigating Arbitration in the Era of Digitisation and Reform @ 9.30 am onwards.
