The Research and Development Committee (RDC) of NEF Law College is organising a One-Day Workshop titled “Forensic Science in Investigation and Trial”.

The workshop is conceived to provide participants with practical insights into the vital role forensic science plays in modern criminal investigations and judicial proceedings. It aims to foster a deeper, interdisciplinary understanding of the intersection between criminal law, forensic evidence, and judicial trial practice through expert-led sessions and interactive discussions.
Key Themes & Focus Areas
The programme will feature expert – led sessions and interactive discussions, offering participants an opportunity to engage with key aspects of forensic investigations , proper evidence handling, chain of custody, and admissibility in court, interplay between legal provisions and forensic examination and also practical Insights into trial procedures involving scientific evidence.
