The theme “Citius, Altius, Fortius, Communiter” draws inspiration from the Olympic motto, urging participants to push their limits not just individually but in harmony with their peers. Yaazhi Moot Court Competition – 2nd Edition – continues this legacy by bringing together the finest legal minds from across the country under one roof. This event values that this competition seeks to embody and inspire.

Eligibility

The Competition Is Open To Students Currently Enrolled In 3-Year Or 5-Year Ll.B. Degree Courses Recognized By The Bar Council Of India.

Institutional Limits:

• A Team Must Consist Of Members From Only One Institution.
• The Maximum Number Of Teams From Any Single Institution Is Restricted To 3.

Team Composition:

• Minimum Size: 2 Members (Both Act As Speakers; One Must Also Perform The Role Of Researcher).
• Maximum Size: 3 Members (2 Speakers And 1 Researcher).
• Substitutions: No Member Changes Are Allowed After The Registration Deadline Without Express Permission From The Organizers Under Extenuating Circumstances.

Memorial Submission

• Every Team That Has Successfully Registered Is Required To Prepare Two Memorials: One On Behalf Of The Petitioner(P) And One On Behalf Of The Respondent(R).
• All Teams Must Send Hard Copies Of These Memorials To [ Saveetha Law And Management Building, Saveetha School Of Management, 162, Poonamallee High Rd, Velappanchavadi, Maduravoyal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600077, ] Via Courier Or Speedpost.
• The final deadline for the memorial submission as a hard copy is 23rd March.
