About the Opportunity

Vidhi Dharmotsav 2025 is a prestigious three-day National Legal Festival that brings together law students from across the country to compete, collaborate, and engage in discussions on contemporary legal issues. The festival comprises a series of meticulously curated events designed to challenge participants’ legal acumen and practical application of the law. The event offers a hybrid format, allowing both online and offline participation.

Theme

The overarching theme of Vidhi Dharmotsav 2025 revolves around Tech Law, AI, and Sustainability. Participants will explore the intersection of law, technology, and emerging societal challenges, contributing to the evolving discourse on these crucial topics.

Eligibility

  • Open to students pursuing 5-year integrated LL.B., 3-year LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. programs from UGC and BCI-recognized universities across India.
  • Multiple teams from the same institution are allowed for certain events.

Registration Fee

  • Moot Court Competition (Hybrid Mode): INR 5000 + GST (per team)
  • Crime Scene Investigation (Offline): INR 1000 + GST (per team)
  • Debate Competition (Offline): INR 1000 + GST (per team)
  • Paper Presentation (Hybrid Mode): INR 1000 + GST (per team)
  • Legal Escape Room (Offline): INR 500 + GST (per team)
  • Judgment Writing (Online): INR 500 + GST (per team)
  • Article Writing (Online): INR 250 + GST (per participant)
  • Essay Writing (Online): INR 500 + GST (per participant)
  • Socio-Legal Photography (Online): INR 250 + GST (per participant)

Prizes

Total Prize Worth INR 2,27,000/-

  • Moot Court Competition:
    • Winner: INR 70,000/- + Trophy + Certificate + Internship Opportunity at Dhir & Dhir Associates
    • Runners-up: INR 55,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
    • Best Memorial: INR 15,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
    • Best Speaker & Best Researcher: INR 10,000/- each
  • Other Competitions: Attractive cash prizes & certificates
  • Certificates of Participation for all registered participants
