Job Description
- The candidate should have experience in the field of Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions Law.
- The candidate should be qualified to practice law in India and must have sound knowledge about commercial issues in a transaction.
- Should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn, and must have proficiency and command over English Language (both oral and written).
- Should have excellent research and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience with IT and Real Estate companies.
