About the opportunity
JKGA Law Chambers are looking to hire a qualified Company Secretary.
Roles and responsibilities
The role would be a support function for the corporate team. Work would largely comprise transactional support as well as ongoing compliance functions for our clients across areas like venture capital, fund formation, and general corporate advisory.
Eligibility
We are looking for someone with 2- 4 years PQE. Remuneration will be as per market standards.
Location
This will be an in person role based out of the firm’s office in New Delhi.
