State-Level Moot Court Competition 2026 by N. Natarajan Charitable Trust: Register by Nov 10

About the N. Natarajan Charitable Trust
The N. Natarajan Charitable Trust was established by the juniors of the late Shri N. Natarajan, Senior Advocate (1931–2021), to carry forward his legacy of excellence, mentorship and service. During his career spanning over six decades at the Bar, Shri Natarajan served as Public Prosecutor from 1975 and was designated Senior Advocate in 1978. He served as Chief Prosecutor in the Bofors and Bombay Bomb Blasts cases. More than 85 juniors trained in his chambers, many of whom have since become members of the Bench and leading advocates at the Bar.
Now in its 11th year, the Trust organises National and State Level Moot Court Competitions and a Law Lecture Series. It also sponsors the legal education of deserving students and supports law-related events at universities and colleges.

The competition is organised in association with the Madras Bar Association, which was founded on 14 March 1865 and is among the oldest Bar Associations in the country. The Association has partnered with the Trust for this moot court competition since 2015.
